At Virtutix IT Services Private Limited, we are committed to delivering the highest quality services and solutions to our clients. Our services include but are not limited to Data Science, Data Analytics, IT consultancy, project-based service delivery, workshops, training, and other technology-related offerings.

Due to the nature of our digital and service-based business, refunds are provided only under specific conditions outlined below:

General Refund Terms

  1. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Once a service has been delivered or a project has been initiated, refunds will not be provided. This includes consultancy, workshops, training, and custom solutions.
    • Payments made for pre-scheduled services (e.g., workshops or training sessions) are non-refundable after the booking confirmation, except under specific conditions mentioned in the cancellation policy.
  2. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds may be considered in cases where:
      • The service has not yet been initiated, and the request is made within 5 business days of payment.
      • There is a significant delay or failure to deliver the agreed-upon service due to reasons directly attributable to Virtutix.
      • Errors are made in billing or payment processing.
  3. Refund for Cancellations:
    • If a client cancels a service prior to its initiation and provides written notice at least 10 business days in advance, a partial refund may be issued, excluding any administrative or preparatory costs already incurred.
  4. No Refund for Client-Initiated Issues:
    • Refunds will not be provided for services that are delayed or hindered due to client-side issues, such as:
      • Failure to provide necessary information, documentation, or approvals.
      • Lack of participation in scheduled consultations, training, or workshops.

Bulk Services & Training Sessions

For bulk consultations, workshops, or training programs, specific refund terms may apply, which will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal.

Procedure for Refund Requests

  1. All refund requests must be made in writing to support@virtutix.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. The request should include:
    • A description of the service purchased.
    • The reason for the refund request.
    • Any supporting documentation or proof of issue (if applicable).
  3. Refund evaluations will be completed within 10-15 business days from the date of receipt of the request. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
